If there is an existing electronic collection on the CZ is fairly accurate and has robust records, it may be worth while to use the portfolio loader - you simply add information to the template provided by Ex Libris about your ebooks (such as ISBNs, OCLC number, Title, etc) and feed it through.
If, however, the electronic collection on the CZ leaves much to be desired (incomplete and/or poor records), you may want to use and import profile to bring in marc records.
Recordings for both of these processes is available on the Office Hours page.
NERS Enhancement coming up where you can set an individual portfolio to deactivate on a certain date, but doesn’t send a tickler about something expiring. “Off-label” suggestion from Karlsen at Sac City - may be able to make an analytics dashboard around “Streaming Titles by expiration date” using coverage note in the portfolio: until year / until month / until day.
Currently available in the NZ, the bibliographic records aren’t great. The NZ Admin is has been given by permission from Infobase to load a set of marc records to the NZ. The NZ Admin will alert us via email blast when this is ready.
